This week is National Forensic Interviewers Week!

In Tennessee, more than 50 specially trained Forensic Interviewers serve youth every day in Child Advocacy Centers. These dedicated professionals provide a safe, child-friendly, and compassionate space where young people can share some of the most difficult experiences of their lives. Through patience, expertise, and trauma-informed care, Forensic Interviewers help children take the first steps toward healing, hope, and justice.

We are grateful for their work! 💙 our love to our Carl Perkins CAC interviewers: Lisa Schmidt, Charli Rice, Ary Bell, Katelyn Nilsson, Shanon Springfield, and Hannah Robinson!!

In observance of Independence Day, all Carl Perkins Center offices will be closed on July 3rd.

As we celebrate our nation's independence, we wish everyone a safe and enjoyable holiday with family and friends. Our offices will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.
