National Principals Month Spotlight - Mr. James Laughlin, NWEE! 🎉🎉
For National Principals Month, we want to recognize and thank the amazing principals at Northwest Community Schools! Next up is our Northwest Early Elementary Assistant Principal, Mr. James Laughlin! Mr. Laughlin has 20 years of experience in education and has been with Northwest since 2021. His favorite part about being a principal is meeting and building connections with students, families and staff.
Mr. Laughlin selflessly serves others, solves problems and empowers students to achieve Greatness. He believes relationships are a foundational piece of education, both to build trust and to best support everyone in the Mountie Nation. When he isn’t working, Mr. Laughlin spends his time reading, painting, hanging out with his dogs and seeing his family.
Thank you, Mr. Laughlin, for supporting our young Mounties and being a positive influence to everyone at NWEE! Happy National Principals Month! 🔴⚫🎉
