Join JaxCareConnect on Thursday, July 9th as we canvas the OutEast community and help spread awareness about local healthcare resources and services. 💚

We’re looking for 10–15 volunteers to help distribute doorhangers. No experience needed, just comfortable walking outdoors and engaging with the community! 🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏾‍♂️

🕘 Canvassing: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM

We’ll provide materials, route assignments, refreshments, and a quick training before we begin.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re grateful for the incredible organizations helping provide mental health support, healing, and hope across our community 💚

We were honored to attend 's Medical Mission at Home event this past month. 💚

Through the incredible collaboration of community partners, volunteers, and healthcare professionals, 224 neighbors facing barriers to care received vital health services, resources, and support.

We’re grateful to be part of a community working together to improve access to care for all. 🩺🤝

In addition to the regularly scheduled Mobile Health Outreach Ministry unit, the Social Services Bus will be onsite from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. offering support with housing assistance, SSI/SSDI applications, and more in collaboration with .

We’ll also have our Health Advocacy Navigator onsite to help connect community members to local resources and services.
