Today we honor Duval County Property Appraiser Joyce Morgan for being the first African American to be elected Property Appriaser in Duval County. Thank you Florida Chapter IAAO!

Property Appraiser Joyce Morgan attended the DPEP Quarterly Training and received their Distinguished Service Award for the service and support she has given to the Disabled Parking Enforcement Program.

The Duval County Property Appraiser's office will be closed on November 10th, 2023 for Veterans day. We will reopen Monday November 13th.

Due to Hurricane Idalia, our office will be closed August 29th and 30th. We look forward to serving you on Thursday August 31st.

The 2023 Notices of Proposed Property Taxes, also called the "Truth in Millage" (TRIM) Notices, were mailed to property owners on Friday, August 11th, 2023. The formal deadline to file a petition with the Value Adjustment Board (VAB), printed on the TRIM Notice, is Tuesday, September 5th, 2023.
