Amanda met Bill & Sheryl more than 10 years ago and helped them purchase a home in RiverTown. As fate would have it, the home ended up backing up to one her parents later purchased, leading to years of shared BBQs, conversations, and friendship across the fence line.

When Amanda's parents decided to sell, Bill & Sheryl knew exactly what they wanted and said, "Don't list it—we want to buy it!" Amanda sold their home, and they simply moved across the fence to their dream spot.
