COD mourns the passing of Greg Olma, who was an international election observer multiple times in Ukraine. Greg’s pragmatism and friendly personality will be missed. RIP.
The purpose and mission of this organization is to observe and monitor elections domestically and internationally to evaluate transparency, adherence to electoral norms and democratic principles. The organization will then make public their findings and recommendations to the appropriate governmental election bodies.
