The World Famous Swamp Foxes (HSM-74)

We were recently able to welcome CEL 3 back after a 4 month deployment. BZ CEL 3!

Feed the Swamp! This week Swamp Foxes and their family members gathered for a Thanksgiving meal to kick-off the long weekend.

Last week HSM-74 had the privilege of pinning our newest Chiefs! Congratulations to all!

The Swamp Foxes recently had the opportunity to work with the Marine Corps when we trained alongside AH-1Z Vipers and UH-1Y Venoms. Maintainers and aircrew alike sharpened their skills!

Congratulations to the 2024 NHA award winners! AWR1 Miller for National Aircrewman of the year; LCDR Wheeler, LT Michael, LT Sellers, LT Wood, AWR2 Haisley, AWR2 Dille, and AWR3 Zepeda for National Aircrew of the Year (Deployed), CDR Kohut for Rear Admiral Tomaszeski Commanding Officer Leadership Award, and all of HSM-74 for earning Battle E! Congratulations are also in order for Chief Select Campbell for 2024 Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic Sailor of the Year!

Fleet Week NYC 🗽🇺🇸 HSM-74 recently participated in New York fleet week, and event that provides the public an opportunity to interact with our people and aircraft, and gives us a chance to demonstrate our strengths and capabilities.

HSM-74 performs flight demonstrations as part of Fleet Week Port Everglades, an event that allows south Florida residents to see the technology that maintains sea superiority and meet the service members who help defend the nation
