💙 We know caring for a baby can be challenging, but following safe sleep recommendations can help protect your baby’s life.
Creating a safe sleep space is one of the most important ways to care for your baby’s well-being.
âś… Always place your baby on their back to sleep
âś… Use a firm, flat sleep surface
âś… Keep the crib free of pillows, blankets, and toys
âś… Share the room, not the bed

"Remember to stay hydrated! Now that it's summer, it’s important to drink water, especially if you are outside for long periods of time. Sometimes I’ll put lemon or cucumber slices in my water to make staying hydrated more fun!"
