Welcome to the official VP10 Ombudsman page. Your ombudsmen team consists of VP10 spouses. We want to ensure all of our sailors are kept safe.

We are volunteers appointed by the command to serve as a point of contact and resource for all Red Lancer families. This includes spouses, parents, extended family, and other people listed as contacts by a VP10 sailor. Please make sure that you have our information handy in the event of an emergency. Please remember to always follow opsec on this page and any other social media. Never post dates,

Your smartphone may be tracking your every move 09/18/2016

With upcoming events, keeping both OPSEC and the safety of our families in mind, did you know that your smart phone is tracking and storing every place that you visit? Unless you have turned it off, your Apple or Android device are keeping track of every place that you visit and mapping out your frequently visited locations. Apple stores the data on the device itself. Android stores it online which can be accessed from anywhere. The link below will tell you how to clear your frequently visited locations and how to turn the tracking off on either an Android or an Apple device.
