Happy Holidays! Did anyone else receive this annual statement for “Arbor Lakes Condominium No. 2 Association” along with stating our annual fees are going up to $700 a year? Thanks in advance!

Just wanted to let everyone be aware that someone put a nail in our truck tire sometime Saturday night. It can't be fixed. If anyone saw anything last night please let us know.

Reminder - HOA Meeting on Tuesday, November 19th at 7:00 pm at the South Mandarin Branch Library, 12125 San Jose Blvd.

There is a HOA meeting this Saturday (4/27)at 9:30 in the cul-da-sac. Please plan on attending.

Reminder...HOA fees are due today. You can split it and pay half now and half June.

So recently the HOA board had the purple colored plants put in to match the side with the Deasons Walk sign. The landscapers put in three plants on each side of the smaller shrubs. Sometime last week someone helped themselves to three of them as you can see in the photo. I ask that everyone please be aware of who is in the neighborhood. It is our HOA dues that paid to install them and our HOA dues to replace them. Please pass this along to any of the neighbors who might not be on this page. Thank you. Joanne

There is a HOA meeting at 11:00 am tomorrow morning at the Kori Road Branch Library on Kori Road.

Reminder. ..HOA fees are due in January. I checked with Elim Services and was told the invoices have been mailed. Also again this year you have the option of paying half in January and half in June. Have a Happy New Year.
