What is the Art of Reconnection?
When I think of the acronym A.O.R.C (Art of Reconnection) it puts me in mind of the aorta (main artery of the body supplying oxygenated blood to our circulatory system); it passes over the HEART from left ventricle and runs down the in front of the backbone.
When we are DISCONNECTED it is usually due to a BLOCK within; just as our arteries can become blocked, our ability to CONNECT with (1) Creator (2) Self and (3) Others can become blocked by things embedded within our heart, soul, mind, and spirit. Things we may or may not realize.
This can reduce our VITALITY in all aspects of our lives causing us to feel isolated, alone, trapped, stuck...whatever term used it all amounts to the same thing we are not CONNECTING.
During the upcoming ART of Reconnection Gathering we will be:
IDENTIFYING the Barriers
ENDING the Shame of Silence
RESTORING Voices
It will be a time filled with RELEASING, RECONNECTING, RESTORING and REJOICING.
