To commemorate Vietnam Veterans Day, the Hammer the South was proud to attend a luncheon sponsored by Mission BBQ- St. Johns, recognizing Vietnam Veterans and highlighting a former Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army Reserve CSM (R) Leon Caffie, said who retired after 40 years of illustrious service from 1970 to 2010.

At the request of Lt. Col. Shah's family, the funeral services will be open to the public.
For all those attending, we remind you to be respectful of the family and all others affected by this immense loss, giving them space to grieve.

The Army Adventure Semi 1, an interactive tractor trailer that includes high-tech simulators and displays, showcasing various Army careers, stopped on the campus of Edward Waters University.
