New Bridge Middle School

New Bridge Middle School is proud to support the nationwide Summer Reading Challenge launched by Second Lady Usha Vance!

This exciting initiative encourages students in kindergarten through 8th grade to read at least 12 books over the summer to keep their minds active and growing.

To join the challenge:

1. Download the Summer Reading Challenge Tracker - found on the website: www.whitehouse.gov/read

2. Read 12 books by September 5th.

3. Email your completed tracker to [email protected]

Successful readers will receive: A personalized certificate, a small prize, and entry into a raffle for a chance to visit Washington, D.C.

The Apex Color Games today was AWESOME! Our students were drenched in color, played tons of games, and had lots of fun doing it! Thank you to everyone who came out today to volunteer and cheer on the students, and for all of those that raised money to support our school!

THE APEX COLOR GAMES EVENT IS TOMORROW! We are so proud of our students and thankful of our parents and teachers for helping make this program such a success!

Remember, in order for your student to participate, they need to have raised $30. It is not too late!

DRESS CODE: Students must be in uniforms for class, but they are allowed to bring athletic shorts/ bottoms and sneakers to change into before the color games.
