BREAKING: Republicans are PANICKING after one of their own candidates throws a HUGE wrench into the Alaska Senate race that could hand the race to Democrat Mary Peltola!

Yes, you read that right…

Dan Sullivan is taking on Dan Sullivan in the critical race for Alaska’s Senate seat. Already underwater in the polls against his Democratic challenger, Mary Peltola, he will now be facing a ballot that will have TWO “Dan Sullivans” on it…and this could prove to be a serious headache for the GOP, because the Alaska ballot does NOT show who the incumbent is.

“Wait, this is kind of a big deal, lol, it could cause some real ballot exhaustion!” wrote political analyst on Twitter.

To make matters worse for the GOP, Republican Dan Sullivan had some harsh words for his rival, Dan Sullivan.

"For too long, Senator Sullivan has failed to put Alaska first," Dan Sullivan said. "When you truly care about a people and a place, you have a duty to make every sacrifice within your power to protect them. That's why I'm running."

He’s not wrong. Dan Sullivan has been putting big corporations and Trump’s destructive MAGA agenda above the needs of the Alaskan people, which is why native Alaskan fisherwoman Mary Peltola is surging in the polls on a platform of “fish, family and freedom.”

Now Sen. Sullivan is facing harsh criticism from BOTH sides of the aisle…and a potential Election Day disaster that could hand the race and this must-win Senate seat to Mary Peltola!

BREAKING: Donald Trump just launched yet ANOTHER vile attack on Pope Leo. And it’s somehow even pettier and more absurd than last time little Donny went after the holy man...

Trump is back on Truth Social lashing out at Pope Leo XIV — the spiritual leader of 1.4 billion Catholics worldwide — because the Pope dared to... host a prayer meeting with the mayor of Chicago?!

Because apparently crashing the economy, exploding the deficit AND gas prices, attacking judges, setting up a wrestling match on the White House lawn, and dragging America into endless war and political chaos just isn't enough drama for one man.

In a Saturday afternoon “Truth Social” post that looked like it was written by an angry Facebook uncle at 2 a.m., Trump lashed out after Pope Leo XIV met with Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and participated in a multi-faith prayer gathering at the Vatican.

While sharing images of that meeting, Trump posted: "Someone should explain to the Pope that the Mayor of Chicago is useless, and that Iran cannot have a Nuclear Weapon!"

Think about how absurd this is.

Most presidents would treat the Pope with a basic level of respect, even when they disagree.

Trump's response?

He has repeatedly called Pope Leo "weak," attacked him on social media, accused him of being responsible for America's problems, claimed he wouldn't even be Pope if Trump weren't president, and even posted bizarre AI-generated religious imagery portraying himself in Christ-like fashion.

Now, apparently the President of the United States is jealous because the Pope met with the mayor of Chicago at the Vatican, where they discussed their shared opposition to Trump's warmongering.

The Pope's offense appears to be reminding the world that peace matters, that war has consequences, and that political leaders are not all-powerful.

In other words, exactly the kind of message that gets under Donald Trump's skin.

What's especially telling is that Trump seems incapable of handling criticism from anyone who possesses moral authority that he cannot control.

Military leaders? He attacks them.
Judges? He attacks them.
Journalists? He attacks them.
Universities? He attacks them.

And now, once again, the Pope joins the ever-growing list of people Trump can't bully into silence.

Imagine being the President of the United States and spending your weekend feuding with the Pope.

At this point, Trump isn't fighting the Pope because the Pope is wrong. He's fighting the Pope because the Pope represents something Trump has never understood:

Humility.

Maybe next Trump will explain Christianity to Jesus! There is no bottom to his shamelessness, after all...

BREAKING: NOT SO FAST! Federal judge reopens Trump’s IRS case and demands to know if her court was defrauded.

Judge Kathleen Williams has had enough.

In a brief but devastating order Friday, the federal judge in Miami reopened Donald Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS — a case Trump had voluntarily dismissed last week specifically to avoid her scrutiny — and ordered Trump's lawyers to explain by June 12th why she shouldn't find that the entire scheme was a fraud perpetrated against her court.

The judge's language was pointed and precise. She said she wanted to investigate "grievous allegations" that the deal to resolve the case was "premised on deception." She asserted that she was "empowered to investigate serious misconduct" and demanded answers to two devastating questions: was "the court the victim of a fraud," and did Trump collude with his own government to settle the case specifically "to avoid judicial scrutiny"?

The answer to both questions, based on everything that has already been reported, appears to be yes.

Judge Williams had been circling this case for weeks before Trump pulled it. She had openly questioned how Trump could sue an agency he controls, with government lawyers who answer to him, producing a settlement negotiated with officials he appointed. She ordered both sides to explain whether they were actually adversaries or secretly colluding. Trump dismissed the case the day before those briefs were due.

Then, after she closed it, the Justice Department released not one but two extraordinary agreements — a $1.776 billion fund to compensate Trump's allies, and a separate one-page document permanently barring the IRS from ever auditing Trump, his family, or his businesses. Agreements that had apparently been negotiated while the case was supposedly active before her court.

Judge Williams cited the New York Times report revealing that the IRS had prepared a 25-page memo outlining strong defenses against Trump's suit — defenses the Justice Department never raised in court, never filed, never mentioned.

Her order came directly in response to the filing by 35 former federal judges — appointed by presidents of both parties — who called the scheme a fraud and urged her to reopen the case.

She listened.

"We stand ready to work with the court as it investigates this matter," said Norman Eisen, who represented the former judges.

Trump tried to flip the table before she could see the cards. She just put them back on the table.
