The Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program helps schools create safer, more accessible routes for students to walk and bike to school by addressing barriers like missing sidewalks, poor infrastructure, and limited opportunities for active transportation.

The City of Jacksonville is proud to announce the first video in its Meet the Trails series, highlighting the S-Line Urban Greenway.
The S-Line is a vital urban trail connection serving over 13,000 residents within a 10-minute walk. The trail is unique in that it is used frequently for commutes, errands, and transportation, rather than existing solely as a fitness or recreation trail.
