Fourth graders at Bitz Elementary put science into action! 🌧️🌎

Students explored the effects of weathering, erosion, and deposition through hands-on investigations using stream tables. By changing the rate of rainfall and the slope of the land, students observed how water shapes our Earth's surface. They discovered firsthand how powerful moving water can be and how different conditions impact the movement and placement of sediment. Learning is always more exciting when students can see science in action! 🔬💧
