Confidence doesn't have to come from convincing yourself you're good at everything. 💚

Identify what matters to you and gradually take actions that move your life in that direction. Learning, practicing, contributing, creating, connecting—whatever reflects your values.

Over time, those experiences can give confidence something real to grow from: a life that increasingly reflects who you want to be. 🌱

Confidence isn't only about how you see yourself—it can also grow from how consistently you show up for yourself. 💚

Try making one realistic commitment to yourself today and following through. Drink the water you packed. Take the break you said you'd take. Put your phone away at bedtime. Leave work when you planned to.

These moments don't have to be impressive. They're opportunities to build a relationship with yourself that says, “When I say I'll take care of me, I can trust myself to try.” 🌱

We often imagine confidence as feeling completely sure of ourselves before making a decision. But confidence doesn't always work that way. 💚

Sometimes it develops after we navigate uncertainty, make decisions, solve problems, and discover that we're capable of handling what comes next.

Therapy can help us become more comfortable making choices without needing absolute certainty first. 🌱

Our digital choices can happen quickly—one more scroll, one more notification, one reply we feel tempted to send. 📱💭

The DBT skill Pros & Cons can help us slow down and consider what a choice might give us and what it might cost us. Will it help you feel connected, informed, or entertained? Or might it leave you feeling more stressed, distracted, or drained?

Digital wellness isn't about making every online choice perfectly. It's about making more of those choices intentionally. 💚

Digital wellness doesn't have to mean giving up your devices. 📱💚

Try choosing one small part of your day to spend screen-free. Maybe that space becomes time for a conversation, a hobby, some fresh air, or simply a few quiet minutes to yourself. 🌿

It's not about disconnecting completely—it's about making sure there's still room for life beyond the screen. ✨

Ever pick up your phone without even realizing you were reaching for it? 📱

Our digital habits can become automatic. Instead of judging yourself for your screen time, try getting curious about when and why you tend to reach for your devices.

Sometimes we're looking for connection, entertainment, information, or simply a break. Understanding the habit can help us make more intentional choices about when technology is—and isn't—serving us. 💚

Sometimes relaxing your body takes a little practice. 🌿

DBT's Paired Muscle Relaxation combines gently tensing and releasing different muscle groups with your breath, helping you become more aware of the difference between tension and relaxation.

Try moving through your body one area at a time—hands, shoulders, legs—and notice how each feels before and after. 💚

Movement doesn't have to mean setting aside an hour for a workout.

Getting up from your desk, stretching between tasks, or taking a few extra steps throughout the day are simple ways to add more movement to your routine.

✨ Small moments of movement can add up throughout your day.

Ever notice your shoulders creeping upward during a stressful day? 😬

Stress can show up in our bodies, too. Becoming more aware of where you tend to hold tension can be a helpful part of understanding your own stress response. Gentle stretching and movement can also offer an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your body. 🌱

Today, take a moment to check in: Where are you holding tension right now? 💚
