October is PRINCIPAL APPRECIATION MONTH!
In recognition, the School District of Janesville is honoring the dedicated leaders at our district's 20 schools throughout October!
Today, we introduce you to the assistant principal at Edison Middle School -- MR. GUY STRICKER!
Mr. Stricker has spent the past 17 years working in education, and he is starting his fifth year as assistant principal at Edison Middle School.
In addition to his wife, Amy, Mr. Stricker's family includes sons Ryne and Quinn, daughter Kassy and her husband, Eric. and a grandson, Cal.
In his free time, Mr. Stricker enjoys playing golf, working out and watching his sons compete in sports.
When asked what the best part of his job is, Mr. Stricker said, "The best part of my job is easily working with the best staff in Janesville, and of course all of our tremendous students."
