What the heck is THAT, you ask?
It's Ocean Aero's Triton, the world's first autonomous underwater and surface vehicle (AUSV). It's made right here in the good ol' U.S. and a few of our teammates got to see it in person.

This was just one of the cool experiences we shared this week in Gulf Port, MS, with our colleagues from across the nation.

Our annual meeting allows us to get into the nitty-gritty of providing training in today's technological workplace. We're thankful for the opportunity to share, learn and sometimes commiserate, as we set our sights on horizon.

Every year we come home energized and ready to roll up our sleeves for the Missouri companies and educators we serve. Because when you start strong, you stay strong.

Today, our Director, Kristie Davis, moderated a panel discussion at the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Workforce 2030 Conference on what's working for Missouri employers when it comes to talent, and how training partnerships strengthen workforce pipelines.

Leaders from Elemental Enzymes, The Boeing Company and True Refrigeration got candid about the challenges, trends and opportunities shaping their workplaces.

Our thanks to the Missouri Chamber for providing us and our colleagues this valuable opportunity to collaborate.

One pipefitting apprenticeship completed. Three more apprentices in their third year. Add in 75 employees trained across job specialties and you can see why this company wins awards.

Mineral Area College helped Lee Mechanical Contractors, Inc. develop its DOL-registered apprenticeship programs, and has been helping the Park Hills company upskill it's workers for 10 years.
