🚨 BIG TAX BREAKS FOR BIG GAMBLING! 🚨

Gambling companies promised Missourians more money for education, but snuck massive tax breaks for themselves into our state constitution.

Those tax breaks are already in place, and now Amendment 6 would make it virtually impossible for Missouri lawmakers to repeal or fix these special-interest deals, even when they aren’t in the best interest of Missourians.

And it doesn’t stop there. The same restrictions would apply to future laws passed through Missouri’s initiative petition process.

Missouri’s laws should work for the people, not powerful special interests.

Today: Amendment 8 ✅

Amendment 8 would protect the office of elected county sheriff in Missouri’s Constitution, safeguard sheriffs’ duties and powers, and establish a court-based removal process.

Local law enforcement. Locally accountable.

The Missouri GOP supports Amendment 8 as a way to keep county sheriffs accountable to local voters rather than state officials.

Former Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael Wolff is appearing in advertisements urging Missourians to vote no on Amendment 3.

But here’s what those ads aren’t telling you.

Wolff is an attorney representing a ministry of the communist government of China in a lawsuit brought by Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway.

As Missourians debate Amendment 3, they deserve to know who’s pushing these narratives. The same former judge cashing in on communist China is campaigning against A3.

We’re continuing our breakdown of the amendments and propositions Missourians will vote on this November.

Today: Amendment 7 ✅

Amendment 7 would create the Show-Me Prosperity Fund, a permanent state endowment designed to grow investment earnings with the long-term goal of eliminating state-imposed taxes.

The fund is requires investment returns to go towards eliminating state taxes, not towards new government spending, with annual withdrawals capped at 3% of its five-year average value.

A path to smaller government and a tax-free Missouri!
