🏡 REAL ESTATE BROKERS WANTED!

The Ashtabula County Land Bank is seeking qualifications from experienced, licensed real estate brokers and/or brokerage firms to provide listing, marketing, buyer outreach, and sales support for the Lincoln Estates Redevelopment Project in Ashtabula Township.

Phase 1 of this exciting new residential development will include 9 homes — 1 single-family home and 8 townhomes. The selected broker will work with the Land Bank to market the homes, generate qualified buyer interest, coordinate showings, assist prospective purchasers, and support the sales and closing process.

We are especially interested in hearing from real estate professionals with:
✔️ Experience selling residential properties
✔️ Knowledge of the Ashtabula County/Northeast Ohio market
✔️ Experience marketing new construction & residential homes
✔️ Strong buyer outreach and marketing capabilities
✔️ Experience working with first-time homebuyers or affordable/income-qualified housing programs
