Having fun in ’s protected bike lanes for the 2022 Kids Bike Ride!

Come out Saturday, June 11th for our 2nd annual Kids Bike Ride: historical scavenger hunt! Collect clues around our City’s protected bike lanes and win prizes along the way. You can stop and start anywhere. Free to the public. Recommended for ages 6+. Hosted by Department of Infrastructure: Office of Innovation.

The planters and tables will be back as soon as today at the Waldo Av Popup Park and then we will have a planting party to restock the planters there.

We are bringing back the Waldo Av Popup Park, turning half a dead end into public open space, part of the Year of Open Space.

In the first event of the #YearOfOpenSpace, Jersey City hosted a pop-up at McGinley Square. The free community get together included live music, food, workshops and a guided bike ride.
