N.J. is intensifying anti-human trafficking efforts during the World Cup, and it's important to know where help is available.

📣 TAKE ACTION FOR SURVIVORS IN NEW JERSEY
Funding for domestic violence services is at risk—and your voice matters.
You can make an impact today by contacting your NJ legislators and urging them to support critical funding in the FY27 State Budget.
Use the message below to reach out:
My name is [Your Name], and I am a constituent of [Your District].
I’m writing to respectfully urge [Senator/Assemblywoman/Assemblyman] to support the New Jersey Coalition to End Domestic Violence’s (NJCEDV) request for additional funding for the FY27 State Budget.
Specifically, we are requesting:
• $15M increase for domestic violence services to offset federal funding losses and maintain critical, culturally specific services and emergency housing
• $4.2M increase for Abuse Intervention Programs to expand access and strengthen coordination with courts and service providers
• $5M to sustain Domestic Violence Response Teams so survivors in every county can access an advocate at police departments and hospitals
• Continued $8.6M investment in Domestic Violence Housing Support to ensure survivors have access to safe, permanent housing
[Share why this matters to you—your voice makes a difference.]
Domestic violence programs rely on state funding to provide life-saving services. I urge you to support NJCEDV’s FY27 budget recommendations.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
