Credit to : Congratulations to Maj Jasmin Moghbeli who is one of twelve selected to train as 's next astronauts. Maj Moghbei tested H-1 helicopters and served as the quality assurance and avionics officer for Marine Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron 1 in Yuma, Arizona.

• Overhead Tricep Extension: 4x12
