Yesterday, Officer Selection Station Jersey City taught the Sacred Heart University Men's Rugby "X-Men" about what it takes to be a leader on and off the field! The X-Men conducted a conditioning hike as a team, followed by intense physical training, then leadership discussions and team building exercises.
