Last week, I had the honor of delivering the keynote address at WALDO International School 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony. It was inspiring to celebrate this remarkable group of graduates as they reached an important milestone in their educational journey. I encouraged them to dream big, embrace challenges, and never allow fear or doubt to stand in the way of their goals. Their energy, potential, and determination were evident, and I have no doubt they will continue to achieve great things.

Congratulations to the Waldo International School Class of 2026! This is just the beginning of an incredible journey ahead!

Amazing Juneteenth Celebration at Metropolitan AME Zion Church in Jersey City! The event was very uplifting with so much love in the room!!

Congratulations to the incredible young ladies who successfully completed Project Bloom, hosted by GNA and their amazing team! It was truly an honor to share a few gems with these bright, talented, and determined young ladies during the program and at their graduation ceremony.

Project Bloom is more than a program, it is an investment in the next generation of leaders. Watching these young ladies grow in confidence, strengthen their voices, and embrace their potential was inspiring. As they move forward, I encourage them to continue believing in themselves, pursuing their dreams with purpose, and remembering that their unique gifts have the power to make a difference in the world.

Thank you to GNA and everyone involved for creating a space that nurtures growth, leadership, and empowerment. The future is certainly brighter because of these young ladies. Keep blooming, keep shining, and keep becoming the amazing women you are destined to be!

Last week, I had a wonderful time attending the Flag Cities Jersey City World Cup Kickoff Celebration alongside Mayor Solomon and fellow elected officials.

The energy throughout the event was absolutely electric as residents and visitors came together to celebrate the beautiful game and the global spirit of the FIFA World Cup. The entertainment by the Village People had the crowd on its feet, adding even more excitement to an already unforgettable evening.

And to top it all off, Team USA brought home the win! It was a fantastic celebration of community, culture, and pride right here in Jersey City.
