🚍It’s School Bus Safety Week! 🚍

Passing a school bus that has stopped to load or unload students is illegal.

🛑When the red lights are flashing and the stop arm is extended, come to a complete stop in both directions. 🛑

If you’re traveling on a divided highway with a raised median or barrier, vehicles behind the bus must stop. Vehicles traveling in the opposite direction should proceed with caution.

Stay stopped until the stop arm withdraws, the red lights quit flashing, and the bus begins moving.

A few seconds of patience can help keep students safe.
