🎉 We're Proud to Announce: ECHA Has Been Designated a HUD High Performer! 🎉

The Elk County Housing Authority (ECHA) is honored to receive the High Performer designation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for our Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program.

This recognition is HUD's highest performance rating and reflects our commitment to providing quality housing assistance, maintaining strong program management, and delivering exceptional service to the residents and landlords we serve throughout Elk County.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our outstanding staff, the support of our Board of Commissioners, our valued landlord partners, and the many residents who work with us every day.

At ECHA, we remain committed to strengthening our communities by providing safe, affordable housing opportunities and helping families achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency.
