Tri-County Community Action Agency We deliver high quality, comprehensive services designed to meet the needs of the individuals and families we serve.

Our team will help you find solutions that make life a little easier. We are a private, non-profit, community services agency that provides a broad range of programs, services and support to individuals and families in need throughout north central, northwestern and southern Rhode Island. Established in 1964 under President Johnson’s “War on Poverty”, we help people of all backgrounds and economic levels to achieve their highest level of self sufficiency.
