Decorate your porch with your best fall or harvest-themed display and help make our neighborhoods shine. PorchFest is all about celebrating community, connecting with neighbors, and showcasing the pride that makes Jonesboro such a special place to call home.

Up to three winners will be selected and recognized with a PorchFest yard sign for ultimate bragging rights!

Mayor Dr. Donya L. Sartor was honored to participate in the Mayoral Roundtable, Leading on Environmental Health, at the Community Data Health Initiative’s (CDHI) Data to Action Convening held at Harvard Kennedy School.

During the convening, the City of Jonesboro was recognized as one of CDHI’s Top 12 AAMA Cities to Watch on Environmental Health. Dr. Sartor joined fellow municipal leaders in discussing how mayors, city partners, and regional collaboration can help turn priorities into action on critical challenges such as extreme heat, air quality, and lead exposure.

Under Dr. Sartor's leadership, Jonesboro remains committed to listening to residents and using data to guide practical solutions that support healthier, stronger communities. The event provided an opportunity for city leaders to share best practices, learn from one another, and strengthen their efforts to advance environmental health outcomes.

The City of Jonesboro extends its appreciation to CDHI and its partners for creating a space where local leaders can collaborate, innovate, and drive meaningful change.
