Yes, the burn ban is still in effect!
The sign pictured has been in place in the round-a-bout at Highway 163 and Highway 158. Last night, it was removed by an unauthorized person or persons. This young man pictured donated the sign to us last year after using his own time and money to make it. We would like to have the sign back. If it is returned to the round-a-bout or our fire station in its original condition, no questions will be asked. If it is not returned in a timely manner, and we find the responsible person(s), we will prosecute. If you have any information about the whereabouts of the sign, please message us here.
