Exciting news from Medic One: COMING SOON--Medic One is expanding once again! We're thrilled to announce our expansion into Greene County, Arkansas.
Over the years, we've been fortunate to grow and serve communities across Northeast Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and the St. Louis area. Now, we’re eager to include Greene County, Arkansas in our journey. We're excited to partner with St. Bernards in their mission to expand healthcare access while ensuring timely mutual aid for emergencies—because our top priority has always been the well-being of patients.
We hold the EMS professionals and first responders of Greene County in high regard and aim to be a supportive community partner, fostering strong relationships and collaborating with the healthcare providers and public safety agencies already serving this community.
At the heart of EMS is the spirit of people helping people, and we see endless opportunities to work together and support one another. We are incredibly grateful for this chance and look forward to the meaningful connections we'll build. Greene County, we’re excited to join your community.

Are you ready to advance your skills as an Emergency Medical Technician? Our Advanced EMT (AEMT) program is kicking off on September 10th! If you hold a current EMT-B license, this is your opportunity to elevate your career.

Program Details:
Tuition: $2000 (Waived with signed agreement)
Additional Costs: $349.00 + shirt cost
Class Schedule:
Classes run from 0800 to 1600 on the following dates:
9/10, 9/13, 9/16, 9/19, 9/22, 9/25, 9/28
10/1, 10/4, 10/7, 10/10, 10/13, 10/16, 10/19, 10/22, 10/25, 10/28
11/3, 11/6, 11/9, 11/12
Please note that clinical times will vary. Program costs are due on the first day of class.

"I have worked with many different EMS agencies and Medic One has been one of the best opening experiences so far. The team and atmosphere have been overwhelmingly supportive and positive. From my first interview with the Operations Manager and recruiter, I felt welcomed. This company seems to have its patients and employees' best interests front and center. The operational footprint is rather large with several complex systems, but everyone seems to be diligently working to tweak and improve each system for the betterment of service to their patients and support of their employees. Despite the size and scale of this company, I have yet to meet someone that wasn’t quick to offer help when needed, and their kindness was genuine. We’re excited to announce the placement exam dates for our upcoming 20 person EMT-B class!
If you're ready to take the next step in your journey towards becoming an EMT, make sure you attend one of the exam sessions at 6007 Dalton Farmer Drive, Jonesboro, AR 72404.

⏱️Exam date and times Thursday August 27th 0900 1100 1300 1500 You’ll have 45 minutes to complete the exam, which will test your reading and basic math skills—no prior medical knowledge required! Remember, no calculators are allowed, but feel free to use the back of the exam for scratch work.
📍 Parking Instructions: Please park on the LEFT side of the building beside the open field, and walk around to the RIGHT side where the education door will be open for entry.
✅All students must be 19 at the start of the class due to insurance purposes. If you successfully pass the test and selection process, our EMT class will begin on September 21, 2026, and run for 16 weeks. Classes will be held every Monday and Thursday from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
💲Out-of-pocket costs accepted students need to prepare for: The EMT-Basic Book is priced at $120. Shirts range from $36 to $50 depending on size. Pants are $20, shoes are $30, and both the required stethoscope and BP cuff are $20 each.
