Much cooler temperatures ahead this weekend, with lows in the 30s each morning introducing the potential for patchy frost. The highest confidence is across the valleys and protected areas of the eastern Ozarks, especially on Sunday morning where there is a 60-90% chance of frost.

The City of Joplin will NOT be testing the Outdoor Warnings Sirens today, due to thunderstorms in the area.

Showers and thunderstorms move into the area tonight and will last on and off through Thursday night. The greatest rainfall totals are forecast north of the I-44 corridor.
