Thank you to the families that braved the weather this morning. We had an amazing time during our Roseate Spoonbill-themed Blooming in the Garden! Participants kicked off the day with the story of an adventurous spoonbill as she adventured through the Big Cypress National Preserve. Everyone got creative making their own spoonbills! To wrap up, participants had the opportunity to plant native seeds to take home and start their own gardens. We look forward to next month, on November 7th, when we will be looking into the world of Manatees! Registration is open on our website! https://ow.ly/gk1T50ZUcyf

We had an amazing time during our recent vulture-themed Blooming in the Garden! Participants kicked off the day with the story of a misunderstood vulture who then became friends with their fellow creatures. Everyone got creative making their own vultures and then took a trip through the garden where we learned some basic identification of our local vultures! To wrap up, participants had the opportunity to plant native seeds to take home and start their own gardens. We look forward to next month, on October 3rd, when we will be looking into the world of the Roseate Spoonbill! Registration is open on our website! https://ow.ly/UN5350ZJLp1
