Looking for a meaningful family event in Jupiter, FL?

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum is excited to announce the grand opening of Sensory-Friendly Exploration Day, a new community program designed for individuals of all abilities, with a special focus on autism and sensory processing needs. The program offers:

A modified Lighthouse tour with adjusted pacing and sensory considerations.
An engaging sensory exploration room with calming activities.
An adaptive nature trail scavenger hunt designed for all abilities.
A relaxing snack break under the Chickee Hut.

This event also connects families with local therapy, enrichment, and support services, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

On Sunday, October 18, from 12 PM – 4 PM, families are invited to join us for a day filled with discovery, connection, and inclusivity.

The River to Reef Art Festival will take place at the iconic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum on Saturday, March 20 and Sunday, March 21, 2027. Set against the scenic backdrop where river meets sea, this dynamic two-day celebration will spotlight the creativity of regional artists and the natural beauty of Florida’s coastal environment.

The festival is issuing an official Call to Artists to exhibit and sell their work in individual artist tents throughout the historic site. A juried selection process will determine featured artists, and cash prizes will be awarded to select winners.

Artists are encouraged to apply early, as application fees apply and space is limited!
