Expected Road Closures and Traffic Delays

Residents and motorists should anticipate road closures, traffic restrictions, and delays in the vicinity of the event on October 14, 2026. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time, and seek alternate routes when possible. Additional information regarding specific road closures and timing will be shared as it becomes available.

Event and Venue Information

Venue doors will open to ticket holders at 2:45 p.m., and designated event parking will open at 12:00 p.m.

For public safety and traffic management, attendees must not arrive at the venue before designated parking officially opens at 12:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly and do not travel to the venue before this time.

• Parking is prohibited along U.S. Highway 93 and on surrounding side roads.
• Do not stop, park, or form lines of vehicles along the highway or its shoulders. Doing so may obstruct traffic and create dangerous conditions.
• All attendees must use the designated event parking area and follow directions from law enforcement.
• Loitering at or near the designated parking area before 12:00 p.m. is prohibited.

Parking will be limited. Attendees are strongly encouraged to carpool whenever possible to reduce the number of vehicles traveling to the venue, minimize congestion, and make the best use of available parking.
