Kane County Hospital is offering FREE Lean Six Sigma training, up to Yellow Belt.
Learn how to drive effectiveness & efficiency at work and even in your personal lives. Learn how to solve big problems that others can't. This training is worth quite a substantial amount of money, and is highly sought after in business, manufacturing, healthcare. This is definitely something you want on your resume, and the certification stays with you through life. Get the edge over your competition.
Training will be held after-business-hours at the Ambulance Building on Kane County Hospital campus.
White Belt Training & Certification: 45min-1hr Total
• No Exam
• Learn the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analys, Improve, Control) methodology and overview.
• Must be White Belt Certified before Yellow Belt Training
Yellow Belt Training & Certification: ~1.5hrs Total
• No Exam
• QI Macros Free 30-Day Trial Required www.qimacros.com (Not recommended to install until class starts so you save your 30 days)
• Learn how to analyze data statistically and make recommendations
