🍎 Snack Donation Request for MCA Senior Adult Day Center 🥨

MCA Senior Adult Day Center is currently accepting snack donations for our participants! We kindly ask that all donated snacks be individually packaged to help ensure safety, freshness, and easy distribution.

Woo hoo Adult Day Services received a rate increase🙌🏾

The 2026 legislative session has ended and we were successful in getting an Adult Day Services (ADS) rate increase in the State Budget.

The MCA Senior Adult Day Center will celebrate its expanding Butterfly Garden project with a community release ceremony on June 16, bringing together seniors, youth, and volunteers for an intergenerational experience at Bird Park.

What a wonderful Friday at MCA Senior Adult Day Center! Our participants spent the day laughing, socializing, and enjoying activities together. From friendly conversations and games to creative fun and plenty of smiles, it was a great way to end the week.

We love seeing everyone engaged, making memories, and supporting one another in a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you to all our participants, staff, volunteers, and families who help make MCA such a special place.

🌟 Volunteers Needed at MCA Senior Adult Day Center 🌟

is seeking compassionate volunteers who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in our community.

We are currently looking for Senior Companion Volunteers for the following shifts:
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Volunteers help provide conversation, companionship, engagement, encouragement, and connection to older adults throughout the day.

We are also looking for talented individuals in the community who would like to share their gifts with our participants by leading:
🎨 Crafts
🧩 Projects
🎶 Music or creative activities
📚 Educational or hobby-based sessions

If you have a talent, hobby, or skill you would enjoy sharing with seniors, we would love to collaborate with you.

In addition, we are seeking veterans in the community who would be interested in serving as senior companions for fellow veterans. Building those connections and shared experiences can have a powerful impact on the seniors we serve.

Today at MCA Senior Adult Day Center we celebrated Senior Fitness Day with movement, laughter, and lots of energy! 💪🎉

Our participants enjoyed fun exercises, stretching, walking, and staying active together while encouraging one another every step of the way. Staying active helps improve strength, balance, and overall wellness — and today was a great reminder that fitness can be fun at any age!

We are so proud of everyone for participating and making today such a positive and uplifting experience. Great job, everyone! 💙

Join us today from 9:00 am–12:00 pm at the KVPD RecCenter for Donuts & Bingo with MCA Senior Adult Day Center!

Enjoy a sweet morning of nickel and dime bingo, snacks, conversation, and plenty of chances to play. Registration includes one bingo card, with additional cards available for purchase.
