The Kankakee County Coroner's Office investigates all deaths occurring in Kankakee County.

The Coroner's Creed establishes questions that must be answered to fulfill the requirements of these investigations, as well as provide care and justice for the deceased and for the family and friends of the deceased. Based on the findings of the toxicology and/or autopsy results, the cause and manner of death can be determined. It is also the responsibility of the Coroner's Office to notify next

The Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School District 307 will be having its mock crash simulation on FRI, APR 17, 2026, from around 7 am - 10 am at the Northfield Square Mall. This is ONLY a training exercise designed to make our BBCHS students aware of the dangers of driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. The Bradley Police Department will assist in this event to help further educate the students on this topic.
