As stated, there is NO active threats toward our community or schools, this is merely an opportunity for many local agencies to work together through a simulation to strengthen their skills.

Hamilton R-II Families,

Earlier today, an altercation occurred at the Hamilton R-II football field that resulted in an arrest by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department.

We have been informed by Sheriff Allen that the individual arrested remains in custody and is facing multiple charges.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol for their quick response to the situation and for making the arrest without incident.

The safety and well-being of our students, staff, families, and community remain our highest priority. We appreciate the professionalism and prompt response of law enforcement in helping to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

Sincerely,

Dr. Billie McGraw

Superintendent of Schools
