Out with the old, in with the new! Thanks to your help, there's now a new commercial stove in the True Light Family Resource Center kitchen.

Each Saturday, volunteers from MLM use this kitchen to serve over 200 hot breakfast meals to those in need. True Light's team uses it to cook 3+ meals a day.

With the previous (13 year old) stove on the fritz, all of those programs suffer. But, thanks to our community and breakfast volunteer groups, we now have a brand new stove for the next decade of serving meals to the hungry in our community.

Thank you to all who contributed, and a special thank you to the Bethany Lutheran Church - Johnson County community for making this possible.
