π₯ Juneβs Harvest of the Month is Cucumbers! π₯
Did you know cucumbers are made up of about 95% water, making them a refreshing and hydrating summer snack? βοΈπ§ Kansas farmers grow several varieties of cucumbers each year, and they can be enjoyed fresh, sliced, pickled, or added to salads and sandwiches.
Cucumbers are a great source of vitamins and nutrients that help keep our bodies healthy during the hot summer months. Be sure to look for cucumbers on our summer menus throughout June! π

π May Harvest of the Month: Berries! π«
Did you know not all fruits with βberryβ in their name are actually real berries? Pretty cool, right?
