⚡ Emergency Chimney Repair

A recent lightning strike severely damaged the Kansas City Masonic Temple chimney, causing masonry to begin falling into the parking lot below.

Because of the immediate safety concern, the Historic Preservation Society had to authorize emergency repairs before there was time to organize fundraising.

The total cost of the repair is $6,782.

A quick update from the BOD. We will be investing in 35 commercial grade lightweight tables to replace our heavy wood tables.

A new chairlift is in the works. Thank you for all the donations that helped fund this need.

We hope everyone has a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving weekend as you travel to see friends, family, and In-Laws (May you be so blessed to include them in the previous two groups.😊).
