I had the pleasure of attending the MN Fire Chiefs Association Annual Conference alongside Deputy Chief Cody Miller, Lieutenant Nick Kobi, and Lieutenant Justin Parkin.

Throughout the conference, we attended educational sessions and presentations focused on leadership, culture, and the future of the fire service.

It was a great opportunity to learn, share ideas, and bring back valuable knowledge to help strengthen our department and better serve our community.
