City of Katy Municipal Court

In observance of Memorial Day, the court will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Katy Municipal Court will be closed on Friday, April 3rd, in observance of Good Friday.

The City of Katy Municipal Court will be participating in the 2026 Great Texas Warrant Roundup.

SAFE HARBOR COURT DATE:
The Katy Municipal Court has arranged SAFE HARBOR COURT DATES, which will provide the opportunity for all individuals with outstanding warrants to voluntarily clear their cases without the fear of being arrested. SAFE HARBOR COURT DATES will be WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2026, AND THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026, FROM 8AM TO 10AM AND 4:30PM TO 6:30PM.

Unable to pay in full? You can request more time from the Judge on that day. It will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring a picture ID.
