That’s why Compass Counseling created Connected Families: a space for adoptive parents to connect with others who understand, build confidence, learn practical tools, and grow together as a family. 🤝

Over six weeks, parents will explore topics like attachment, trauma, healthy relationships, and everyday parenting strategies - all in a supportive, counselor-led setting. While parents meet, children can participate in age-appropriate therapeutic activities. 🌿

Looking for counseling support for yourself, your child, or your family? Trystan Meadows, PLMHP, is currently accepting new clients at Compass Counseling. 💜

Trystan works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with specialties including ADHD, anxiety, adolescents and teens, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach that helps individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered.

And counseling support doesn’t have to stop at Kearney. 🚗 Trystan is also able to provide services in rural Nebraska communities between North Platte and Lexington.

Cozad Public Schools AND Gothenburg Public Schools are also providing space within its schools for Compass counselors to meet with students during the school day. 🏫 This allows students who are receiving Compass Counseling services to access mental health support in a familiar setting, while helping reduce transportation and scheduling barriers for families.

See something you want? Reply “INTERESTED” directly to the photo of the item and include the date AND approximate time you’d like to pick it up. Items are first come, first served based on the order of comments.

Once your claim is confirmed, a Compass staff member will message you directly with the pickup location and any additional information.
