📣 HEY HOFF FAMILIES! WE'D LOVE YOUR INVOLVEMENT! 💙
Did you know there are different ways to get involved with our PTA? Whether you have a little time to give or you're ready to take on a bigger role, there's a place for everyone! 🥰
We wanted to take a moment to explain some of the different ways you can participate, as each comes with different responsibilities and time commitments.
📋 PTA COMMITTEES
Our PTA has several committees that help keep everything organized, running smoothly, and supporting our students and families. These include:
💰 Finance Committee
🤝 Membership Committee
🗳️ Nominating Committee
Committee chairs take an active leadership role in their designated areas. Our standing committee chairs also serve on the PTA Board, helping with planning, communication, and Board meetings.
🎉 EVENT LEADERS
Love planning events, organizing activities, or bringing fun ideas to life? Becoming an event leader might be the perfect fit!
Event leaders volunteer to take the lead on a specific PTA event. This includes helping organize, coordinate, and oversee the event from planning to completion while working alongside our PTA.
The biggest difference? Event leaders can focus on the event they've volunteered for without taking on the ongoing responsibilities of a Board position!
🙌 EVENT VOLUNTEERS
Don't have time to lead an event or join a committee? That's okay too!
Whether it's helping with setup, running an activity, or volunteering for just an hour, every little bit makes a difference!
💙🖤 OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE EVERYONE FEEL WELCOME!
We understand that everyone has different schedules, responsibilities, and availability. Whether you're interested in serving on a committee, leading an event, volunteering for an hour, or simply sharing an idea, every contribution matters!
A big thank you to everyone who helped make our Boo Bash possible! 🧡 It's a wonderful reminder of what we can accomplish when our Hoff community comes together!
