HELP KEEP FINLEY STUDENTS MOVING! Every school day begins with a journey, and our bus drivers play an important role in making sure students arrive at school safely, ready to learn, and on time.

Finley School District is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our transportation team! Being a school bus driver is more than just getting behind the wheel. It's about building connections with students, supporting families, and making a difference in our community each and every day.

❤️ We need YOU to help get our students to school!

• We'll provide the training!
• Part-time hours before and after school
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

Whether you're retired, a stay-at-home parent, or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community, we'd love to have you on our team!

Five Finley FFA students were awarded $1,000 scholarships to Columbia Basin College after last week's Ag Holiday Hustle competition! Students were tasked with developing solutions around water conservation in agriculture, and Finley's team walked away with first place for their presentation. Congratulations to Ava Teagle, Soren Miles, Brantley Holden, Myles Gore, and Audrey Teagle! 🌱🎉

10:30 a.m. - The Benton County Fire Department has called the district. They feel they have a good handle on the fire, and that Finley Elementary School will not have to evacuate. Out of an abundance of caution, the district has decided to leave buses on site at the school for the rest of the day.

Other Updates:
- Afternoon Tri-Tech has been canceled for River View High School students.
- Elementary students will finish the day at the elementary school.

We are currently NOT evacuating Finley Elementary School.Updates:- Nine Canyon Road had been closed by the Benton County...

We are currently NOT evacuating Finley Elementary School.

Updates:
- Nine Canyon Road had been closed by the Benton County Sheriff's Office.
- Families evacuating due to the fire are more welcome to come to River View High School. We are offering shelter and have snacks and water available.
- Buses are onsite at Finley Elementary School in case the district is given directions to evacuate by the fire department.

We will update families as we learn more.

Christmas came a little early at Finley!

The school’s Sunshine Committee celebrated Christmas in September by rolling through the halls with a cart full of snacks and treats for staff.

Just a little something to show our appreciation for the amazing people who make Finley such a great place to learn and work every day.
