In honor of Su***de Prevention Month, ’s Mental Health Champions had the privilege of welcoming special guest speakers DEAC Superintendent John Barnett and his wife, Vanessa, with the Silent Struggle Foundation.

John and Vanessa bravely shared the story of their son, Ethan, turning unimaginable loss into a mission to help others. Their powerful message was felt throughout the entire room, bringing emotion to so many of our employees and reminding us that behind every silent struggle is a person who deserves to be heard, supported, and reminded that they are not alone.

It takes tremendous courage to share such a personal story in hopes that it may save someone else’s life.

FRNP extends our heartfelt gratitude to John and Vanessa for opening their hearts to us. We wish them strength and success as they continue this important journey of raising awareness, breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and helping save lives through the Silent Struggle Foundation.💙

The Atomic Haulers showed up BIG today!

’s men’s and women’s Atomic Haulers teams took on the Special Olympics Big Brown Truck Pull, and what a day it was!

Our women’s team pulled their way to 1st place, while our men’s team finished strong in 4th place!

And the wins didn’t stop there… FRNP also took the stage for BEST T-SHIRT DESIGN! 👕🏆

Despite the heat, it was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, friendly competition, and lots of support. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and to all those who came out to cheer on their coworkers!

Most importantly, we were proud to support Special Olympics and its mission of creating opportunities for athletes to compete, achieve, and shine.

Way to haul, Atomic Haulers! 👏
