Come into our office to surrender your valid Florida driver license, and weā€™ll issue you a state ID card the same day.

IMPORTANT: The Monroe County Tax Collector does not have an agreement or contract with online rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. to collect Tourist Development Tax (TDT). It is the property owner's responsibility to collect and remit the 5% TDT to our office each month.
